Piquik Vendor app help vendors to manage & maintain their offerings. Piquik Vendor app is provided by Ckop Africa Limited. Piquik is an e-commerce online platform where Vendor can freely create, manage and share their products online & Buyers can then effortlessly order online by browsing stores and products as per their requirements.

Signup & Login
1.Ability to signup/login on the platform using the signup link provided by the service owner or log in to the merchant dashboard using the credentials: email address and password, received via email upon being added by the service owner.
2. Ability to choose a merchant subscription plan, if enabled by the service owner
Get Started:
Ability to set up Service name, Location, Display Address, Logo, Cover photo (Banner), Store Slug) and the background colour.
Ability to add/update the list of the products or services offered. Ability to define the delivery configurations by selecting the Delivery charge and Delivery mode: Take away, Home delivery, Pick and Drop, along with the service area if enabled by service provider.
Home:
Ability to view notifications for all the latest activities on the dashboard. Ability to view different sections which include: Commissions: Today, Total; Total orders classified as cancelled, pending and dispatched.
Catalogue:
Ability to view/edit the catalogue added by the service owner.
Ability to view all or enabled only or disabled only items. Ability to filter list by approved, pending or rejected. This option is visible in case the admin approval for products add-on is enabled.
Ability to edit/add item categories to be displayed in the application with the category name, description, images, and tax (tax option is visible if a tax is activated for product).
Ability to edit, disable or delete an item category.
Ability to assign a business category to the item category. This option is visible only if the business category option is enabled by the service owner.
Ability to add an item manually within an item category: item name (mandatory), price (mandatory), description, enable/disable inventory option for the item, add/edit the available quantity in the inventory for each item which will be updated automatically based on the number of orders placed, item images, minimum quantity per order, maximum quantity per order.
Ability to edit, disable, duplicate or delete an item.
Ability to add item variants/add-ons: Variant name, Variant type: Single select or Multi-select, Type name, Price, Default variant type.
Ability to edit/delete a variant
Ability to set/edit the catalogue layout to be visible in the application: Category View (List/ Grid/ Banner), Product View (List/ Banner).
Menus - Service owner can create menus that will be available only on specific time slots.
Taxes, Fees & Charges:
Ability to view a list of added taxes with details: Tax ID, Tax Name, Tax amount, Tax type (Fixed amount or percentage) and Tax applied on (Product, Marketplace, delivery), Status; edit/disable a tax.
Ability to add a new tax: enter tax Name, tax amount, tax type (Fixed amount or percentage) and tax applied on (Product, Marketplace, delivery).
